Shipping

 

We ship our goods using Royal Mail.

We prepare an order and have it ready for shipping within 1-2 days.  The shipping time will depend on which option you choose.  We offer:

​

• 1st class £3.00 - arrives in 1 to 2 business days

• Tracked 24 £5.00 - normally arrives next day (enables you to track your order).​​

​

These flat rates apply to all order up to maximum of 3 candles.  We offer free delivery on orders over £50.

Returns

1. We really hope you are happy with your Rock My Wick purchase and do not have a need to request a replacement or refund.  However, should you have any questions or issues with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.  Items can be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of postage when returning an item and we would recommend that you use signed postage.  We would also recommend that you take a photo of any damaged goods before placing them in the post.  If the item is not received and in its original condition, we will not be able to accept the item for return.

3. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed.  Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund or replacement to be processed.

4. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.  

5. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

6. In addition to our returns policy you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

7. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
